We had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with a lovely terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. The hotel had fantastic facilities for families, including a pool, pet zoo, and outdoor playgrounds. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the on-site restaurant served delicious dinners.
It was all superb.

We had a nice Christmas getaway at this family-friendly hotel. the spacious rooms with a terrace overlooking the garden were a great feature. the hotel's location outside the city provided a peaceful and quiet environment. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the various facilities and activities offered, such as the pet zoo and outdoor playgrounds.
The hotel lacks a bit of tranquility as some days the noise from children running around in the halls woke us up. the hotel's remote location meant that we had to rely on a car to find alternative dining options outside of what the hotel offered.

Lovely family-oriented hotel with spacious rooms, beautiful garden terrace, and a pet zoo. Great outdoor structure for children with playgrounds and toys. Friendly staff and family-friendly atmosphere. Peaceful and charming with a touch of old-fashioned coziness.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel had a great outdoor structure for children, with barnyard animals, a playground, and a playroom with many toys. The restaurant offered delicious food for dinner and a decent breakfast. the rooms were big, clean, and had a terrace with a view of the garden.
The hotel lacked proper communication and customer service. There were discrepancies in the billing and when the guest tried to address this issue, the staff was not available.
